Put a face to the name - Hopefully pics of caretakers coming soon! :)
The role of a Caretaker is to provide a flexible, responsive, high quality care taking service which includes the following:
- Cleaning and maintaining workloads on estates to a high standard.
- Monitoring and liaison with contractors on site and reporting any deficiencies in the service provided by them. Also regular inspection of communal areas of estates and either making safe or reporting of any hazards, health and safety defects or repairs, as appropriate.
- The Caretakers will carry out project work on communal areas of estates where possible, including small painting schemes, minor carpentry etc.
- The refuse collection days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- There is a bulk collection point at the rear of the estate near the football pitch. It would be useful if residents were advised to place any bulk there for collection on which takes place on each Wednesday.
